Food Storage and Emergency Prepareness: December Canning

Our next canning date is December 18th.
Orders are due by Nov. 25.
We will be canning:
white beans
white wheat
onions
refried beans
flour
cocoa

This month's canning Tuesday, October 2nd at 12:30pm

Citrus Heights Stake Canning Day is now the first Tuesday of each month.

You no longer need to pre-order items. Just come during your ward session. It usually takes about an hour and a half. The cannery now accepts cash, checks or credit/debit cards.

We will be canning #10 cans of:

The Mesa Cannery is run by the LDS Church and is located in Mesa, AZ at 235 S. El Dorado Cir. (off of Broadway between Dobson and the 101) You can contact them at (480) 214-9114.

NOTE: If you are not a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS), you will need to accompany an LDS member to purchase items from the Mesa, AZ Cannery!
